YOUR NEW SCALP CARE ROUTINE

STEP #1 Exfoliate: With Miracle Worker Exfoliating Scalp Scrub to properly remove excess sebum by working into your scalp while wet with your fingers until the scrub emulsifies, creating a small foam. Then rinse.

What causes dandruff?

Flaky scalp? That’s your microbiome waving a red flag. Dandruff is caused by an imbalance in the scalp’s microbiome, often due to an overgrowth of a yeast-like fungus called Malassezia. This fungus feeds on the natural oils (sebum) on your scalp, breaking them down into fatty acids that can cause irritation in some people. The result? Flaking, itchiness, and scalp inflammation.

Other factors that contribute to dandruff flare-ups include stress, seasonal changes, product buildup, and water temperature. High stress levels can weaken your immune system, making your scalp more susceptible to irritation. Cold, dry air in winter or increased humidity in summer can disrupt scalp balance. Heavy styling products and infrequent washing can trap oil, dead skin, and yeast, leading to buildup. Even the temperature of your shower can make a difference—hot water can strip the scalp of essential moisture, triggering dryness and flaking.

What is a scalp microbiome?

Just as our gut has live bacteria — AKA ‘microbes’— so does our scalp. With its own unique ecosystem, the scalp is host to a range of microbes (from bacteria and fungi through to environmental toxins) that live on the scalp’s surface and feed on sebum (your hair’s natural oil). I have psoriasis/eczema/sensitive skin. Can I still use this?

Worked like a charm
Loved the serum after the scrub and shampoo helped lock in the scalp for days , then I did notice some flakes coming back , obviously this was after 2 days buying and they recomend month of use to see good improvement, hence so far soo good and will update with new review later . Also I bought more serum because my scalp was very bad and I had used more , it's magic haha

Big improvement
I have had problems with my scalp health for a few years and have tried quite a few different products. This system is the first that has actually made a difference! Not only is my scalp less (let’s use nice words that won’t gross people out) ‘flaky’ but I have had lots of comments about how good my hair is looking too.

I am liking it so far.
The products smell amazing, like a day spa. The brush is soothing and relaxing to use with the oils. The shampoo smells so good and cleans well. The conditioner needs to be a bit more conditioning, but overall the system is working to reduce flakes, dryness and itchiness. The exfoliator is very hard to get out of the tube though! I think a tub might be better for this particular product so it can be scooped out.
