Do I need to use the whole STRAAND system to see results?

Nope! But we do recommend using at least 2–3 steps together for the best results (think: pre-wash + shampoo + serum). Every product is effective on its own, but they’re designed to be even more powerful as a team.

Can I use these products with my existing shampoo/conditioner/haircare routine?

Totally. Most STRAAND products (especially our pre-wash oils, scalp masks, and serums) are designed to complement (not replace) your existing favourites. Use them alongside your usual routine to level up your scalp care without switching everything at once.

What is a scalp microbiome?

Just as our gut has live bacteria — AKA ‘microbes’— so does our scalp. With its own unique ecosystem, the scalp is host to a range of microbes (from bacteria and fungi through to environmental toxins) that live on the scalp’s surface and feed on sebum (your hair’s natural oil).
